This track takes everything you learned there and applies it directly to your work as an HR professional — the AI tools already embedded in your ATS, HRIS, and performance platforms, your accountability when AI influences employment decisions that carry your professional name, the data governance obligations that travel with sensitive employee and candidate information, and the governance frameworks that make AI-assisted HR work defensible when a regulator, employee, or board asks.

Before You Begin
This track builds directly on The AI Wise Core. The governance frameworks, accountability principles, and AI vocabulary introduced in the Core are applied throughout these modules without being re-explained. If you have not yet completed the Core, we recommend doing so before starting this track. The learning experience will be significantly stronger for it.
How This Course Is Structured
AI Wise for HR Professionals consists of 7 modules covering where AI is already operating in your HR tools and workflows, safe use and high-caution zones for HR tasks, conversational vs. agentic AI and what each means for HR accountability, purpose-built HR AI tools and how to evaluate them before use, data confidentiality and what cannot enter unapproved tools, regulatory and professional obligations under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and state AI disclosure laws, practical prompting for HR workflows, verification and human oversight in practice, and the economics of HR AI and what comes next for the profession. Each module is a self-contained lesson with its own short quiz at the end.
Each lesson contains two videos — a short personal introduction and the full module content — followed by a three-question quiz. Complete the quiz to mark the lesson as done and unlock the next one.
Once all 7 lessons and quizzes are completed, the Certification Exam will appear automatically at the bottom of this page.
The Certification Exam
A score of 75% or higher — 15 out of 20 correct — earns you the AI Wise HR Professional Certificate. Upon passing, your certificate will be available for download in PDF format directly from your course dashboard. Your digital badge will be issued automatically via Certifier and can be shared on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

How This Platform Works
1. Progress is tracked automatically. Every completed lesson and passed quiz is recorded and reflected in your progress bar at the top of this page.
2. To complete a lesson, watch both videos and pass the three-question quiz at the end. There is no time limit on lessons or module quizzes — retake them as many times as you like.
3. Your progress is saved automatically. You can leave and return at any time without losing your place. Use the course menu to navigate between lessons.
4. The Certification Exam is different. It has a 40-minute timer and a maximum of three attempts. Make sure you have completed and feel confident about all 7 modules before starting.
Your Access
1. You have lifetime access to this course. Return whenever you need a refresher, whenever your organization introduces new AI tools, or whenever you want to revisit a module before a reporting cycle, audit, or board presentation.
2. Track content is updated when meaningful developments occur — new EEOC guidance or regulatory issuances affecting AI in employment decisions, significant shifts in the HR AI tool landscape, changes to state-level AI disclosure laws such as NYC Local Law 144, Illinois HB 3773, or California’s automated decision system regulations, or major developments in how agentic AI is being deployed in HR workflows. When updates are made, you have access to the revised content at no additional cost.
