About the Courses
The AI Wise Core is the foundation course that every AI Wise professional completes first. Across 13 modules it builds two layers of knowledge — AI fluency and governance fundamentals — giving you a clear, practical mental model of what AI is, how it works, where it fails, and how to use it responsibly.
It is required before any role-specific track because every role track builds directly on the Core’s content. The role tracks assume that foundation and go deeper into how AI shows up in your specific function.
No technical background required. The Core is designed for working professionals — not developers or data scientists.
A role track is a focused course built around how AI shows up specifically in your professional function. Where the Core covers AI literacy and governance for all professionals, a role track goes deep into the scenarios, decisions, tools, and risks that are unique to your role.
For example, the Legal Professionals track covers AI in contract review, due diligence, legal research, and compliance. The Finance Professionals track covers AI in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Each track is built by practitioners who understand the role — not generic content adapted from somewhere else.
No. AI Wise is built for working professionals — not engineers, developers, or data scientists. The courses teach you how to think about AI, evaluate it, govern it, and use it responsibly in your role. Technical concepts are explained in plain language with real professional context.

The AI Wise Core is approximately 4 hours of learning across 13 modules. Each role track adds approximately 2.5-3 hours. Most professionals complete the Core across three to five sessions — a commute, a lunch break, or a focused hour between meetings.
There are no deadlines and no scheduled sessions. Everything is self-paced. Your progress is saved automatically so you can stop and continue whenever it suits you.
Yes — and many professionals do. If your role spans more than one function, or if you are moving into a new area, adding a second role track deepens your credential portfolio significantly.
Our Core + 2 Tracks bundle is designed for exactly this — it includes the Core and two role tracks of your choice at $497, saving $376 compared to purchasing each separately.

Yes. AI Wise courses are updated regularly as the field evolves. When content is updated, all students with lifetime access receive the updated material automatically — at no additional cost.
This is a deliberate founding principle of AI Wise. The field moves fast. Your training should keep pace with it without requiring you to repurchase or resubscribe.
The AI fluency content of the The AI Wise Core — how AI works, how to evaluate it, data practices, ethics, and governance fundamentals — is universally applicable regardless of your location.
Regulatory and compliance references within the courses draw primarily from US frameworks including NIST and US-based governance standards. Professionals outside the United States will find the foundational content highly relevant, but should be aware that specific regulatory examples may not reflect the laws or standards applicable in their jurisdiction.
Enrollment & Access
Access is granted automatically the moment your payment is confirmed. Log in to your AI Wise account and go to My Courses — your content will be there and ready to start. No waiting, no manual steps, no email required to activate.
You will also receive a purchase confirmation email with your order details and a direct link to your dashboard.
Yes — this is correct and expected. When you purchase a bundle, only The AI Wise Core appears in your dashboard initially. Your role track unlocks automatically once you have completed the Core and passed the certification exam.
This is not a technical issue. The role tracks are built on the Core’s foundation — the prerequisite is pedagogical, not administrative. Once your Core certificate is issued, your role track becomes available immediately with no action needed on your part.
If your role track has not appeared within a few minutes of passing the Core exam, contact us at support@aiwise.training.
Yes. AI Wise is fully accessible on any device — desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The platform is mobile-optimized and many professionals complete modules during commutes or between meetings on their phone.
Your progress syncs automatically across devices so you can start on your phone and continue on your laptop without losing your place.
No. There are no deadlines, no expiry dates on access, and no pressure to complete by a certain date. AI Wise is designed for busy professionals — you complete it on your schedule, not ours.
Your lifetime access means the course is available whenever you need it — whether you complete it in a week or return to it six months later.
Your access is maintained and the updated content replaces or supplements the existing material automatically. You do not need to repurchase, re-enroll, or do anything to receive updates — they are part of your lifetime access.
If a significant update affects a module you have already completed, you will see the updated content the next time you open that module.
AI Wise is built on a minimal data principle. We collect only what is necessary to deliver your courses and credentials. We collect your name and email address. That is it.
We never see or store your payment card information. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe on their secure infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data under any circumstances.
Your course progress, exam results, and credential data are stored securely on our platform. We use SSL encryption across all pages and restrict access to personal data within our team.
In a market where large course platforms have experienced significant data breaches affecting millions of users, AI Wise deliberately operates with a smaller, cleaner data footprint. Less data collected means less data at risk.
Certification & Badges
Complete all modules in the course — each module ends with a short quiz that must be passed before moving on. All questions need to be answered correctly. Once all modules are complete the certification exam unlocks.
Pass the exam with a score of 75% or higher and your certificate is generated immediately. Your PDF certificate is available to download from the results screen and a digital badge is issued automatically via Certifier — you will receive an email with a link to claim it.
You have three attempts to pass the certification exam. After each failed attempt you will see a full review of the questions — including explanations of why each correct answer is right — so you can identify the areas to focus on before retaking.
When you have long breaks in between taking the lessons and the quizzes, you may want to revisit those lessons before you take the exam. You can go through the lessons and retake the quizzes as often as you like.
Also, none of the questions of the quizzes are asked again during the exam.
Questions and answer order are randomized on every attempt. If you do not pass after three attempts, contact us at support@aiwise.training and we will work with you to find a path forward.
There is no penalty for waiting before retaking. Review the relevant modules first — most students who revisit the content pass on their next attempt.
Yes. You have three attempts per exam. There is no waiting period between attempts and no additional cost. You can retake immediately or return to the course material first — the choice is yours.
A digital badge is a verifiable credential issued through Certifier. Unlike a screenshot or a PDF, a digital badge contains a unique credential ID that anyone can use to verify that you genuinely earned it — when, from which course, and at what score threshold.
When you receive your badge email from AI Wise, click View Credential to access your personal Certifier page. From there you can add it to your LinkedIn profile, share it on social media, download it as a PDF, or add it to your mobile wallet.
Your badge links back to a publicly verifiable credential page — so when you share it, anyone who clicks it can confirm it is real.
No. AI Wise credentials never expire. What you earned is permanently yours — and the knowledge behind it travels with you.
This is a founding principle of AI Wise. We believe professionals should not have to repay for a credential they already earned. As long as you hold the credential it remains valid and verifiable.
From your Certifier credential page, click Add to LinkedIn Profile. Certifier will guide you through adding the credential to your LinkedIn Licenses & Certifications section automatically — including the credential name, issuing organization, issue date, and verification URL.
Alternatively you can copy your credential URL from Certifier and add it manually to LinkedIn under your profile’s Licenses & Certifications section.
Pricing & Refunds
Every AI Wise purchase includes lifetime access to the course content, all future content updates, the certification exam, a downloadable PDF certificate upon passing, and a digital badge issued via Certifier.
Individual courses are priced separately — The AI Wise Core at $279 and role tracks at $297 each (Non-Profit Leaders at $197). Bundles offer significant savings — Core + 1 track at $397 (saves $179) and Core + 2 tracks at $497 (saves $376).
The content and access are identical — bundles simply offer a price reduction for purchasing multiple courses together. A Core + 1 track bundle at $397 saves $179 compared to buying the Core ($279) and a role track ($297) separately.
If you already own the Core, you can purchase any role track individually at the standard price. If you are starting fresh, a bundle is almost always the better value.

Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided that less than 25% of the course content has been accessed. To request a refund contact us at support@aiwise.training within 14 days of your purchase date with your name, email address, and order details.
Refunds are not available where 25% or more of the course has been accessed, where the request is made more than 14 days after purchase, or where a certificate has already been issued.
Yes — AI Wise offers annual seat-based plans for teams and organizations at significant per-seat savings compared to individual pricing. Plans start at $997 per year for 10 seats and scale to unlimited seats for larger organizations.

Payment plans are not currently available for individual course purchases. All individual purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe.
For teams and organizations, annual plans are billed once per year. If you have specific payment requirements for a larger organizational purchase, contact us at support@aiwise.training to discuss options.

Core Pilot — 10 seats · $997/year · Core Foundation only. Ideal for testing AI Wise with a pilot group before committing to full library access.
Team Pack — 5 seats · $1,497/year · Full library access. Ideal for a small working group or cross-functional AI governance pod.
Department Pack — 10 seats · $2,497/year · Full library access. Right-sized for a governance function, IT team, or AI steering group.
Organisation — 25 seats · $4,997/year · Full library access. For mid-market organizations doing a serious AI governance rollout.
Enterprise — Unlimited seats · $9,997/year · Full library access plus named support contact and quarterly content briefing.

When your organization purchases a team plan, the purchasing administrator receives a set of license keys — one per seat. Each key is assigned to an individual team member by email address, giving them access to the AI Wise platform under your organization’s plan.
Seats may be reassigned once per license year to accommodate staff changes such as an employee departure or role change. The administrator deactivates the existing assignment through the account dashboard and assigns the seat to the new team member by email address. The new assignee begins with a fresh enrollment — completed progress is not carried over.
Additional reassignments beyond the permitted limit require written approval from AI Wise. Contact us at support@aiwise.training to discuss your situation.
Yes. The organizational administrator has access to a group dashboard showing enrollment status, course progress, module completion, quiz scores, and certification status for every seat in the plan — without visibility into other organizations’ data.
Progress reports can be exported for internal reporting, compliance records, or performance reviews.
Before your license expires, AI Wise will send reminder notifications at 30 days and 7 days prior to the renewal date. If the license is not renewed, seat access is suspended automatically on the expiry date.
If a plan is cancelled mid-year, seat access is suspended immediately upon cancellation. Annual fees are non-refundable — however unused term value is credited toward your next renewal should you choose to return.
Any certificates and badges already earned by team members remain valid and are permanently theirs — credential access is not affected by license expiry or cancellation. Only access to the course platform is suspended.
To renew, upgrade, or discuss your plan contact us at support@aiwise.training.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any point during the year. Upgrades are prorated — you pay only the difference for the remaining term of your current license. Existing seats and all progress data are preserved during the upgrade.
Additional seats are issued immediately upon upgrade confirmation.
If you need to downgrade or cancel mid-year, seat access is suspended immediately. Annual fees are non-refundable — however unused term value is credited toward your next renewal should you choose to return.
